Well equipped high-class apartment with outdoor swimming pool situated approx. 25 minutes from Faro Airport, within minutes of 6 superb golf courses, beach, and casino. The Marina packed with bars top class restaurants and classy boutiques is only a 3 to 4 minute walk away The beach is about a 7 to 8 minute walk away.. Situated on first floor with elevators, it has 2 double bedrooms, one en-suite and one main bathroom. Full kitchen facilities, washing machine, 4 ring gas / electric hob and electric oven etc. There is also a fold-away bed in the lounge and a dining table and chairs with a television and DVD player. Patio doors open onto a south facing veranda (capturing the sun all day from June to September) with patio table and chairs and a gas BBQ. The safety features of the apartment include a fire blanket, fire extinguisher and a C02 detector.

The apartment is situated in the centre of the luxury town of Vilamoura within two minutes walk of the marina with its bars shops and restaurants, the casino is only around the corner and the beautiful beach is only a five minute walk away.

The apartment is on the first floor of a medium to large modern complex. There are four elevators within the building. There is an underground parking area for one vehicle, which is especially welcome now that the on street parking is metered and in the busy periods of July and August when parking is at a premium.

The apartment has two bedrooms both with double beds and ample room for your clothes with mirrored slide robes. There are two bathrooms; the main bathroom has a bath with shower above and a bidet, while the other bathroom has a cubicle shower.

The lounge/dining area has comfy seating for six people and also has a sofa bed. There is a plasma television which picks up the local Portuguese stations as well as Sky News, BBC1 CNN and Eurosport. A DVD player with a range of films and music is available. There is a dining table and six chairs for dining in.

The apartment hosts an extremely well equipped kitchen, with a four ring hob, (two gas, two electric) an electric oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine and an array of cooking utensils.

Air conditioning units are located in the lounge and both bedrooms for those hot summer nights and of course for heating in the cooler winter or spring evenings.

On the veranda for al fresco dining is a table and six chairs and a gas BBQ.

There is a secluded large and delightful swimming pool with a shallow end for our younger friends, a toilet and an abundance of sun loungers. What more could you want?

Terms and conditions

The apartment is available for rent for a minimum of five nights, rates are available on request at mhickey@xlninternet.co.uk  A security deposit of 25% is required upon reservation, or the full amount if booking for five days at the time of reservation.
The balance is due strictly six weeks prior to departure.

A security/damage deposit of £100-00 is payable at the time of booking and will be returned in full within ten days of the return of the keys, less the costs of damages or breakages.

The change over day is negotiable and the linen and towels will be changed at the end of the first week. Any additional cleaning required will be charged for and deducted from the security deposit. It is the responsibility of the client to clean the BBQ otherwise its cleaning will be charged at £10-00 and deducted from the security deposit.
